Need to chat during the holidays? Our support line and online chat service will remain open as much as possible over the holiday period. You can call 0800 OUTLINE or visit outline.org.nz/chat between 6pm-9pm to chat with a trained volunteer from the rainbow community.
While some of our volunteers take a well-deserved break, there will be some periods of reduced coverage. If you are unable to get through on our phone line, please leave us a voicemail so one of our volunteers can give you a call back. If you are unable to connect to one of our volunteers on our online chat service, please try again later.
We know the holiday period can be a tough time for some our rainbow whānau for a lot of different reasons. If you need to talk to someone and can’t get through to us, you can call or txt 1737 at anytime for general mental health support.
Our rainbow specialist counselling service and trans peer support service will be taking a break over the holiday period. If you make a referral to either service our team will get back to you in the new year.
