OutLine invites members to attend our 2022 Annual General Meeting from 6-8pm on Wednesday 29 June via Zoom.
This is a time to celebrate OutLine’s achievements and our team’s mahi, and to make decisions about the future of our organisation.

Note that per the OutLine constitution, all applications for membership must be received at least seven days in advance of a general meeting (by 22 June for the 2022 AGM) to be accepted ahead of that meeting. Any applications received after this will be processed after the AGM.
Any Rainbow person in Aotearoa who is supportive of OutLine’s aims and is not currently employed or contracted by OutLine can apply to become a full OutLine member. OutLine full membership gives people the right to vote and speak at OutLine General Meetings – this means our members are crucial in shaping the direction of the organisation.
People who support OutLine’s purpose and aims but are not eligible for full membership may apply to be an associate member, which allows people to speak but not vote at General Meetings. Staff members are automatically associate members.
You’ll need to sign up even if you’ve previously been an OutLine member. We’ve introduced a new membership platform that is secure and easy, with automated renewals that mean you won’t have to sign up again.
Call for OutLine Board nominations
As part of our AGM we will be electing a Co-Chairperson, Treasurer and General Board Members for two-year terms. We’re looking for dedicated members of Aotearoa’s Rainbow communities to help set and guide the strategic direction of OutLine.
If you are interested in this large but exciting commitment during a time of massive growth for the organisation, fill out the nomination form by 6pm, Wednesday 22 June.
Nominations must be supported by two full members, and accepted in writing by the nominee. All nominees must be full members of OutLine, so you’ll need to complete a membership application here. If you don’t currently know two full members, please still complete the nomination form, and also reach out to our Co-Chairs following the instructions on the form.
